Lovely room with a delightful view from the balcony. Check-in was a breeze and the clean facilities were quite impressive. Plenty of parking was available, perfect for my car!

The bathroom was so tiny that I almost felt like the shower was giving me a hug! Who designed that door? A game of Twister would’ve been easier.

A peaceful retreat in nature

From the moment I arrived, I was charmed by the beautiful park setting surrounding the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh options to kickstart the day. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing early check-in at no extra charge. I enjoyed a relaxing evening at the pool, which had stunning views that added to the serene experience.

On the downside, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow during my stay, which made it challenging for my work-related tasks. The bathroom featured a small shower with an awkward setup that led to wet floors. While my room was overall comfortable, it could have used a few more amenities like a minibar.

the mercure had a quick check-in process and the reception staff were super polite. the pool and spa area were nice and provided a great way to unwind. i loved the amazing view from my standard double room, and the location is beautiful and quiet, making it an ideal escape.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, enjoyable breakfast, where the room had a great view of the wooded park and the coffee and tea setup was a nice touch, providing essentials for a pleasant stay.

The swimming pool views were stunning! 🏊‍♂️ The breakfast was extensive and delicious, but the room could use some updates. the carpets felt a bit dated.

Unfortunately, there was little to no hot water in the rooms during my visit, which was quite disappointing.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for one night. The room was clean and spacious, which was a nice surprise! The bed was comfy too, perfect for a good night's sleep. The view from the window was lovely, especially in the morning light. the carpet had some stains, which was a bit off-putting.

Had a lovely family room with tons of space for us all! The pool area was super nice, and the kids enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast was pretty good, too, with enough options to fuel us for the day. The exterior of the hotel is a bit dated, which is a bummer, but inside feels fresh and modern!
